TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Participation is free of charge.
  
• ​Open to Sarawakians aged 13-21 years old.
• ​This competition welcomes teams consisting of a maximum of 5 members, excluding models.
• All designs must adhere to the theme of recycling and restyling existing materials (such as used PVC pipes, plastics, recycled fabrics, paper, magazines, etc.), and each participant must name and provide a description of the attire being presented during the competition.
• Participants are encouraged to utilize recycled or repurposed materials in their designs, showcasing creativity and innovation.
• Designs should demonstrate sustainability and originality.
• Participants must showcase attire that is modest, appropriate to the given theme, and unrelated to issues of race, religion, and politics.
• Participants will be selected for competition after submission of draft and photos or sketches of the designs as draft for review before being presented during the competition .
• The organizers may use all photographic materials for promotional purposes in the future.
• Incomplete forms or any fraudulent information therein will result in the DISQUALIFICATION of the entry without explanation or prior notice.
• Participants are responsible for all logistical costs, transportation, and grooming (make-up), including any equipment and materials incurred for the competition.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the competition. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents that occur during the competition.
• The organizers are not liable for any legal action against any participant found to have plagiarized or imitated the creations of others.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions of Entry as necessary.
